SOCIALIZATION OF AGROECOTECHNOLOGY MASTER STUDY PROGRAM, FACULTY OF AGRICULTURE UDAYANA UNIVERSITY General

In order to attract interest in learning from agricultural field extension workers (PPL) to the strata 2 level, the Agroecotechnology Masters Study Program conducted socialization activities on January 18 2023 to the Tabanan Regency Agriculture Office. The outreach team consisted of Prof. Dr. Ir Rinadng Dwiyani (Study Program Coordinator) accompanied by the Study Program Quality Assurance Team, namely: Prof. Dr. Ir. Ketut Suada, M.P., Dr. Ir. Made Trigunasih, M.P, Dr. Ir. Made Sri Sumarniasih, M.S., and Dr. Ida Ayu Darmawati, S.P., M.Sc. In his remarks, the head of the Tabanan Regency Agriculture Office, represented by the Service secretary, namely Mr. Ir I Made Suweta, M.M. welcomed this socialization activity because PPLs are expected to continue their education to the masters level for their career paths and to increase their knowledge in agriculture, because through PPL farmers get to know agricultural science and technology which can be implemented in entrepreneurship. In addition, the Head of the Counseling Section, namely Ms. Saridewi, S.E.., was also present to encourage the PPLs to continue their studies. The main extension officer at the Tabanan Agriculture Service, Mr. Ir. Made Widiada, MP, who is an alumni of the Agroecotechnology Masters Program, FP Unud, was also present to give encouragement to the PPL. The activity took place successfully , approximately 30 PPL participated enthusiastically in this socialization activity in an interesting discussion
