SCIENTIFIC DISCUSSION ON AGROECOTECHNOLOGY MASTER PROGRAMME FP UNUD: TIPS FOR WINNING DRTPM DIKTI GRANTS General

The Agroecotechnology Master Study Program of FP Unud held a discussion entitled "Observing and Winning the DRTPM Dikti grant" on 1 February 2024.  Two speakers, namely Prof. Dr. Ir. Wayan Supartha, M.S. who specifically shared knowledge about his experience in winning Higher Education grants and also BRIN along with his tips, while the second speaker, Dr. Ir. Ketut Sardiana, M.Si. specifically talked about the DRTPM Higher Education Service Grants.

This activity was attended by all lecturers at the Faculty of Agriculture Udayana University, both online and offline.   In her remarks, the Coordinator of the Agroecotechnology Master Study Program at the Faculty of Agriculture, Prof.Dr.Ir Rindang Dwiyani M.Sc. said that the purpose of this activity was to increase the interest of the Faculty of Agriculture lecturers in submitting research and service proposals funded by the DRTPM Dikti.

Furthermore, it was also mentioned that the academic atmosphere must be built by all elements in higher education. Academic activities must be made a habit by lecturers and also by students. The spirit of students is also built from the spirit of their lecturers. So this seminar is intended to build the spirit of lecturers to research, to make research a habit, as in the POPAK regulation that lecturers must carry out research activities by 25-45% of Tri Dharma  (depending on their functional position). Hopefully, through this seminar, more lecturers will be able to realise their ideas and make research as a habit.
